The Changing Scenario...


They say “changes are inevitable”…true enough…Change is the law of nature…times change…people change…things change…life is indeed a dynamic phenomenon…some metamorphose for the betterment, some for the bad…come what may, a mutation is necessary…who likes the static life???… atleast I don’t…

I am a part of one such place where change has been a long lost dream… My college in Sewagram…MGIMS…where right from the buildings, to the canteen (so-called), to the auditorium, the bus even; all remains the same since years, with some interchange of the stuffs… the alumni of the college still can recollect their memories of the place related to the hostels…while they visit, they state “nothing’s different from the times we left the place”…

But now, times will change evidently…there has been a declaration, under the clause of which the soul of MGIMS, their sure-shot PG seat, is going off…I don’t exactly know how true it is… All India one PG entrance exams is what the ordinance says…if it gets applicable then…the change is ought to be there…

Every exam given is merely for scoring good marks n few have that only learning perspective… I have seen many people who just crave for these marks…the only reason…a sure-shot PG seat without further preparations for the entrance exams n thus saving that extra effort…I have seen people tallying 1-1 mark, as if that matters in the knowledge terms…I have seen people making lists of all the scores in the batch, marking their standing overall n then reservation wise…I have seen fellows mugging up the stuff proper so that they get the extra edge in the vivas…all in all, there has been a tough competition…but completely within the circle…few try breaking the circle…some taste success, some don’t…but the efforts seldom go futile…

As the reason comes to an end, there will be remodeling of the brains…now the purpose would lie in completing degree by earning some good knowledge that will be helpful further…horizons will widen…now the contest will be big and endeavor needed would be higher…the students will compete their likes in the outer world…chances of growing up will be more…those who feeling miserable for not being able to score as much as their desired branch demands for, will have equal opportunities as for others…

This will have its own side-effects too, but the benefits will be more considering the long run…

Though a bit late, innovation will be seen in MGIMS too… Nature cannot be challenged…coz its law says…CHANGE!!!

    And it is only when the competition gets broader people realize getting good "knowledge"

An Art of Being Apart

Oh the pain of this distance! It keeps you apart but strengthens your soul! Not many can understand this trouble and I hope not many are going through it. Love! A feeling indescribable! Have been a big movie buff and romances being favorite. Have grown up to them, the Bollywood songs, beautiful locations and superlative dialogues which make you fall in love. No doubt Shahrukh is my favorite.
